The young people of Ottawa are doing amazing things. Join us in honouring their excellence and accomplishments by nominating a young person for the 2010 Spirit of the Capital Youth Awards!

The deadline for nominations is Friday, April 2nd 2010.

Young people who nominate their peers are eligible to win a fabulous prize! Nominate your friends, schoolmates and siblings! Last year one lucky young person won two tickets to see Metallica at Scotiabank place- stay tuned for the announcement of this year's prize.

Since receiving his award, Jeff has overcome personal tragedy to fulfill his dream of becoming a police officer. He is now a Constable with the Ottawa Police Force and takes his message to local schools to encourage and motivate young people to persist in following their dreams.
